About

It is assigned to follow up any issues related to exams: midterm exams committees, organizing the examination committees, distributing the exams' observers, receiving the exams' papers from other colleges, alternative exams, sending the grades records and fraud cases. 

Objectives:

Improve the application of exam mechanism.

General supervision over the exams in coordination with departments.

Tasks:

Supervising the management of the exams.

Forming the examination committees in the college.

Distributing the observers in the final exams.

Receiving the final exams from other departments.

Receiving the grade records and reviewing them. 

Receiving the exams papers of the fraud cases. 

Following the work progress of examination's committees.

Receiving the exams' results from the department's coordinator.
