About

It is assigned to follow up any issues related to exams: midterm exams committees, organizing the examination committees, distributing the exams' observers, receiving the exams' papers from other colleges, alternative exams, sending the grades records and fraud cases. 

Objectives:

- Improve the application of exam mechanism.

- General supervision over the exams in coordination with departments.

Tasks:

- Supervising the management of the exams.

- Forming the examination committees in the college.

- Distributing the observers in the final exams.

- Receiving the final exams from other departments.

- Receiving the grade records and reviewing them. 

- Receiving the exams papers of the fraud cases. 

- Following the work progress of examination's committees.

- Receiving the exams' results from the department's coordinator.
