The current study aims to investigate the effectiveness of administrative decision making at the sport clubs in Irbid Governorate and also to recognize the effectiveness of administrative decision making at the sport clubs in Irbid Governorate based on the variables of (scientific qualification and administrative experience). The study sample composed of 64 individuals of sport clubs' administrators. The researchers used the descriptive method and also a questionnaire as a tool to gather data; It includes the following components (administrative duties, decisions making steps, Effectiveness of decision making and information systems). Means, standard deviations, percentages, T-test and one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to analyze data. The results showed that administrative duties are exercised in a huge effective way at sport clubs in Irbid and the administrative decisions are set according to the practical steps of administrative decisions making at sport clubs in Irbid Governorate. The results also showed a shortage in information system used to get data and information required for making effective decisions in sport clubs in Irbid Governorate. Moreover, the high administrative experience plays a crucial role in the effectiveness and appropriateness of administrative decisions making.
