Internationally in education there continues to be a debate on the efficacy of the full inclusion philosophy. The purpose of this paper is to suggest another education service delivery model that incorporates the inclusion philosophy. There issues related to effectively implemently this more non-discriminatory service model is discussed which is termed the least restrictive educational (LRE) model.
