Financial Affairs Unit is assigned to organize the college financial activities, follow up the college and the staff loan and the loan repayment, in addition receive and pay the staff entitlements from the financial department.

Tasks:

1. Requesting and repaying the imprest.
2. Scheduling and dividing the permanent imprest according the departments' requirement.
3. Obtaining needed items from procurement department.
4. Direct purchase from the collage imprest when needed.
5. Receiving and delivering students and staff cheque, stipends and rewards.
